The gem is hovering or not responding as expected to my squeeze

If you begin a workout with Elvie Trainer in your hand, does the gem respond as expected when you squeeze your hand? If it does not, please contact our customer care team on questions@elvie.com.

If it does, please try inserting Elvie Trainer for at least two minutes before beginning your workout. Temperature can affect the movement of the gem and this just makes sure Elvie Trainer is given the chance to stabilise before you begin a workout. If you are comfortable to do so, please also try Elvie Trainer with the optional cover, standing up, as a snug fit is important for registering force correctly.
