What’s your return policy?
You have a legal right to change your mind within a thirty (30) day cooling-off period from the date of you receiving Elvie Rise, and this entitles you to receive a refund.
However, the following conditions and exclusions apply for Elvie Rise:
the product is returned “like-new”, i.e. in the same condition as originally received by you, meaning all parts are included, all tags are attached, any internal plastic wrapping is not opened or visibly damaged, no other damage has been done to the product, visible or otherwise;
washable items must not be used or laundered, and its original tags must be attached;
your return is requested within the thirty (30) day cooling off period;
the product is not obsolete or discontinued; and
the product was not designated as non-returnable at the point of purchase.
Please note that if your returned Elvie Rise does not meet the like-new criteria, we will make an automatic deduction from your refund amount to cover the costs of bringing your product up to the legally required standard ‘like new’. For example, deductions may be made to cover:
replacing items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented or scratched
replacing items that are missing, including packaging like the plastic wrapper
replacing tags that have been removed by you
Please contact our Customer Care Team to request a refund and they will provide you with a returns label. You are required to pay the shipping costs for the return, which will be deducted from your refunded amount. Please note that US customers of Elvie Rise will be charged a restocking fee of $120.
Once you have requested a return, you must ship the product back to us within 14 days. When received at our warehouse, the product will be reviewed and any deductions will be communicated to you by our Customer Care Team. All returns are final. You will not be able to request your product back once it has been received at our warehouse.
We will reimburse you for your returned item in the same way you paid for them. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which we receive the Product back from you.
