Elvie Nipple Cushions fit into a size 24 mm shield on either Elvie Pump or Elvie Stride. Simply push the cushion into the nipple tunnel. Take care not to over-insert the cushion. The cushion should not cover any part of the hole in the Breast Shield where your milk drains down into the bottle.
