Elvie Trainer FAQs

How does Elvie Trainer check I’m doing my exercises correctly?

Elvie Trainer contains force and motion sensors. The force sensors measure the strength of your squeeze, while the motion sensors measure tilt. If Elvie Trainer tilts in the wrong direction, indicating you are pushing down rather than pulling up, the app will show you a warning message. This is important as pushing down rather than pulling up can be damaging to the pelvic floor in the long term.
