Returning Elvie Stride 2
Elvie Stride 2 is a medical device and intimate product. For hygiene and safety reasons, once the tamper seal is broken, you will not be able to return it to us or to a retailer unless it is faulty.
If you’d like to return your unopened Elvie Stride 2, or you think you’ve received a faulty product, please contact our Customer Care Team to request a return or replacement. If you got your pump through insurance, it’s best to check with your insurer.
