Reconnecting a Pump
If your pump loses connection, it will automatically try to reconnect. You should ensure:
Your phone Bluetooth is turned on
Elvie Pump is turned on (it may have turned off or it may have run out of charge - see 'How do I charge Elvie Pump')
Your phone and Elvie Pump are next to each other
If Elvie Pump is not automatically reconnecting, please follow the steps below:
Open the app menu and navigate to Pump info
Ensure Elvie Pump is turned on
Press the Scan button
If the app discovers a pump, tap connect
