Warranty Information
At Chiaro Technology Limited (“Chiaro”), we stand behind the Elvie products. All of our products are backed by a voluntary limited manufacturer’s warranty against any defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use for the respective “Warranty Period” outlined below, as documented by a valid proof of purchase:
Elvie Pump
Hub: The main hub of the Elvie Pump is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery to the original, end-user purchaser.
Washable parts: The washable components of Elvie Pump (including the bottles, breast shields, valves, and spouts) are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery to the original, end-user purchaser.
Accessories: All Elvie Pump accessories are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery to the original, end-user purchaser.
Elvie Stride, Elvie Stride 2 & Elvie Stride Plus
Hub: The main hub of Elvie Stride, Elvie Stride 2 and Elvie Stride Plus is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery to the original, end-user purchaser.
Washable parts: The washable components of Elvie Stride, Elvie Stride 2 and Elvie Stride Plus (including the cup fronts, cup seals, and breast shields) are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery to the original, end-user purchaser.
Accessories: All Elvie Stride, Elvie Stride 2 and Elvie Stride Plus accessories are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery to the original, end-user purchaser.
Elvie Curve
Elvie Curve is covered by a ninety (90) day warranty from the date of delivery to the original, end-user purchaser.
Elvie Catch
Elvie Catch is covered by a ninety (90) day warranty from the date of delivery to the original, end-user purchaser.
Elvie Breast Milk Storage Bags
Elvie Breast Milk Storage Bags are covered by a ninety (90) day warranty from the date of delivery to the original, end-user purchaser.
Seoul Max Pump Backpack
Seoul Max Pump Backpack is covered by a one hundred twenty (120) days from date of delivery to the original, end-user purchaser.
Elvie Rise
Baby Hub: The Baby Hub of Elvie Rise is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery to the original, end-user purchaser.
Washable parts: The washable parts of Elvie Rise (including the padded sheet and inner side wall) are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery to the original, end-user purchaser.
Accessories: All Elvie Rise accessories are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery to the original, end-user purchaser.
Elvie Trainer
Elvie Trainer is covered by a 2 year warranty from the date of delivery to the original, end-user purchaser.

Claims must be made within the Warranty Period. This warranty is valid only in the jurisdictions where the Elvie product is authorised to be sold and only applies to purchases from Elvie and its authorised distributors and resellers.
What to do if you discover a defect
If you experience an issue with your Elvie product within the Warranty Period, please contact our Customer Care Team. The product should be returned either in its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection. Any product returned without a valid warranty claim may be rejected, returned at your cost (subject to prepayment), or disposed of in Elvie’s sole discretion. If a valid claim is received by Elvie within the Warranty Period, Elvie will at its option either (a) repair the defective product or any relevant parts, or (b) replace the defective product or any relevant parts with a new or refurbished product or parts, or with a product that is reasonably equivalent to the product in question. In the event of a defect and to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. Any replacement of a defective product or parts under this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period, or for any additional period that may be applicable in your jurisdiction.
This warranty does not apply to any defects or parts requiring replacement due to ordinary wear and tear, corrosion, rust or stains or cosmetic damage, including scratches or dents, or any damage caused by any of the following: (a) operating your Elvie product outside the intended uses described by Elvie, or not in compliance with Elvie’s instructions for use or technical documentation; (b) accidents, including food or liquid spillages or contact; misuse, including damage incurred through incorrect connection or handling; abnormal conditions; high humidity; deliberate damage, abuse or neglect; power surges or other external causes (flooding, fire etc.); (c) use with non-Elvie products or services or any components, parts or accessories not originally intended for your Elvie product, or services performed by anyone who is not a representative of Elvie; (d) modification, including the addition of after-market software or hardware components. Recovery and reinstallation of Elvie software and user data are not covered under this warranty. It is your responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved. Data, software, or other materials could be lost or reformatted during the performance of any warranty service, and Elvie will not be responsible for any such damage or loss. Examples of normal wear and tear include the natural breakdown of colours and materials due to normal ageing of the product and normal levels of battery degradation. Any warranty claims must be supported by reasonable evidence, including proof of purchase. Please keep your proof of purchase in the event that you need to claim under this warranty. This warranty is governed by and constructed under the laws in which the product purchase took place.
Consumer rights
This warranty is provided free of charge and provides rights in addition to, and is separate from, rights provided under consumer laws or regulations in the Country or State of purchase. It does not exclude, limit or affect any consumer rights or legal claims arising from national consumer laws and the terms of this warranty do not apply to any claim that you bring under such consumer laws. You have the right to choose whether to claim under this warranty or under any applicable consumer laws.
IF ANY TERM OF THIS WARRANTY IS HELD TO BE ILLEGAL OR UNENFORCEABLE, THE LEGALITY OR ENFORCEABILITY OF THE REMAINING TERMS WILL NOT BE AFFECTED OR IMPAIRED.
