"This pump is a life saver and the parts are easy to use. They are pretty expensive in my opinion to replace parts as often as recommended but over all- appreciate this pump!"
Serves Hands Free Purpose But Fraile
"Glad to have it but a little disappointed. I need something hands free in the car for my commute and this does that. But it only pumps about half the milk my other pump can pull. Also in the few months I’ve had it one of the cups have cracked and the connect kit panels have warped a bit. It occasionally leaks because it’s very fussy and everything has to be assembled just right and you can’t lean over too much. And the 90 warranty is lame. It should at least be 6 months for being so fragile and expensive. Lastly I tried to buy a replacement connect kit and they don’t have them. The pump doesn’t work without it so if that part gets lost or damaged the whole thing is useless. What kind of company makes such an intricate pump system and then doesn’t make essential replacement parts available for sale? Bad business choice. Overall if you just need a mobile hands free pump then this will work. Just be very careful with it and although you can walk around and drive, don’t lean over too much or make sudden movements. And make sure everything is assembled perfectly or it will leak. And be ready to have to pump almost twice as much if you’re using this one exclusively. Best to have a real pump at home."
