How do you use Elvie Breast milk storage bags?
Open the bag by removing the hygiene seal and pulling the zipper apart.
Pour the milk into the bag and avoid filling past 6 oz/180 ml as breast milk expands when frozen.
Remove as much air as possible before sealing the zipper completely.
Complete the label at the top of the bag to help track your milk. Date all breast milk and use the oldest breast milk first. Ballpoint pens or permanent markers work best, avoid using felt tip markers as they can smudge.
