Good idea, just doesn’t hit the mark
"1. I like the ability to switch from long strap to backpack, but I wish there was a way to “lock” them in place so I can grab the bag by the handle without the handles sliding around. 2. The straps are very uncomfortable while wearing as a backpack with any weight in the bag. 3. If you don’t have anything in the bottom of the bag then it looks weird and gets misshapen when you set it down. 4 While wearing the bag it almost never sits flush with your back because of the awkward proportions and the thing earlier with the straps hurting. 5. The bottom of the bag is extremely hard to take on and off. Almost makes me not want to mess with it. Also, does not fit large milk chillers. Make sure to read proportions. Otherwise, the quality is really good! Like I said, I really wanted to like it, but it’s just not really comfortable."
