Whenever you need to relieve engorgement, pain, or swelling (use cold) or while nursing or pumping to encourage letdown (use warm). Packs are reusable and provide 360° coverage.

The pack will turn purple when cold and white when warm.

Place the pack in your freezer for at least 4 hours. Once frozen, the pack will turn purple. Place it into a soft cover before using. Packs can be held in place in a bra. Apply for 20 minutes maximum per session.

Heat the pack in boiling water or microwave. Be sure to microwave packs individually, and for no more than 15 seconds. Overheating may damage or destroy the pack. When warm, the pack will turn white. If you prefer a warmer temperature, microwave in 5-second increments until desired temperature is reached. Test temperature before making skin contact, then place packs on breasts. Do not use packs for more than 20 minutes at a time to prevent injury.
