Possible Alternative to PT?

"Bought this as an alternative to in person therapy as my schedule currently cannot accommodate it. I like how straightforward it is to use. Dislike the fact that it seems to lose connection easily (even between exercises). I think this is a good add on for someone already in pelvic floor therapy but probably shouldn’t be a replacement."

I like the games.

"I’ve only used this once. At first I was excited that it could pick up my Keagle muscles which are very weak. Then it seemed to start glitching. It was showing that I was contracting my keagles and I wasn’t. The ball was constantly in the air. I’m worried that my data is inaccurate. I’m looking forward to trying it again and I hope the same thing doesn’t happen."
