"The LV Stroud company does not sell the LV stride to connect it only the original LV stride Connecticut. I was on the phone with customer service for a total of two hours trying to get replacement parts for my pump. In the future, I would probably not purchase from this company again, just because of how long it takes to get replacement parts through your warranty. The customer service representative asked me several questions and it took so much longer than it should have. Additionally, it took a long time for the parts to get shipped to my house."

Getting my supply back!

"I purchased the Stride in 2023 and it gave me great output, but wasn't as discrete as I had hoped. When I purchased a new pump for my 2026 baby, I got a fully hands free, discrete, and electric pump. My output had been slacking with the wearables so I switched back to my stride. Of course I needed new accessories and purchased the new tubing. Works like a charm and so happy to have my supply back!"

"I had to replace the tubing because milk got in some how and compromised the machine, I reviewed the questions with the rep to see if it was my fault or a lemon and they happily said they would replace only the hub and even though I was in the warranty of two years they only replaced the hub, not the tubes/connect kit, It arrived with a bent/dent in one of the tubes, I was concerned it had a slit or cut in it, seems to be working ok, just frustrating. Thanks."
