"After pumping for a year and a half with my Elvie, my pump started making a noise every pump session and my output was decreasing. I thought my motor was finally dying. Fortunately, I decided to try to change the shield and BINGO! that was exactly what I needed to fix the problem. My pump is back to working normally. Just a reminder to always change pump parts to ensure pumping is effective."

"These work well but for some reason, the company chose to label the size in symbols instead of just writing “24 mm” or “21 mm” on them. Maybe it looks more aesthetically appealing, but i have to use two different sizes so it’s annoying to have to remember triangles and circles instead of mm sizes"
"I’m extremely frustrated with how this was handled. I was simply browsing products and accidentally clicked "checkout", which placed an order unintentionally. To make matters worse, there is no option on your website to cancel an order, which is incredibly frustrating and reflects very poor website management. I contacted customer support multiple times to cancel the order, but I only received unhelpful, generic responses. It honestly felt like a scam. I clearly stated that I am not pregnant or breastfeeding and did not want the product, yet it was still shipped despite my repeated requests to cancel. Each time, I was told, “It’s been escalated and someone will contact you within 48 hours,” but no one ever followed up. Now I’m being forced to return the product and cover the shipping cost due to your mismanagement. This was a horrible support experience, and it has completely turned me away from purchasing from your company again."
